Hi Earthshippers,Join the Earthship Australia crew as we build a tyre retaining wall at CERES Enviromental park in Brunswick East. Learn the basics of tyre pounding construction, the unique component of Micheal Reynolds inspiring Earthship buildings. Using todays waste for the building of tommorrow! We will be working on our Earthship inspired retaining wall project from 11:00am this Saturday Feb 12th with a lunch break if you want to bring something along to share, otherwise there is the CERES cafe or organic markets! Please bring any of this you can:
- comfy working gloves
- steelcap boots if you have them, otherwise as sturdy as you have
- workwear clothes that can get down and dirty in! Something warm and weatherproof in case we get wind and rain and you don't want to stop! And sun protection too, you never know in melbourne!
